All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom or specialized equipment may require additional handling time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable global logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping methods may include standard freight, express courier, or specialized heavy cargo transport depending on the size, weight, and nature of the equipment.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:
  • Domestic (within country): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

4. Shipping Costs
